I ran across this recipe while reading confessions of a cookbook queen.... I LOVE reading this blog. Of course I always leave hungry and wishing I had to energy to make one of her awesome recipes.
Well.... tonight while the hubby was at the gym (nope.. I didn't go and I don't feel bad for not going) I decided I HAD TO make this.
