Oh Baby!

Our little cupcake!



I had my first doctor appoitment Friday morning... which I had to do the WHOLE work up process AGAIN... BOO!  My doctor and her staff are absolutley AMAZING! When they took us back, not only was the nurse excited for us, but so was Dr. Chapman... both came in and immediately hugged me and said "YAY!!!".  I can't get over how thankful I am for finding such a great doctor!  She said everything looked really good (YAY!).  After the physical exam part she asked me how often I wanted to be monitored:  I said that the anxiety side of me wanted to be seen every day till I made it into my second trimester, but the realist side knows that if something does happen there is not really anything we can do to stop it... God is completely in control.   Dr. Chapman decided that she would see me every two weeks for an ultrasound and an office visit at least till my second trimester, at which point we'll discuss how I'll be monitored from there and she has me taking a baby asprin every day to help prevent clotting.   Have I said how much I absolutely LOVE my doctor?!  I could not ask for a better one... Thank you Jesus!!

Sleep: EXHAUSTED!! All day long

Have you told friends and family: YES!  I told all my friends back home Friday after our appointment.
Miss anything: Margaritas

Food cravings: nope
Anything making you sick/queasy: food in general... especially anything I try to eat in the morning and in the evenings. SUCKS being so sick
Have you started to show: nope...but definitely bloated
Gender prediction: with the way I'm breaking out like I'm a teenager again.... I'm thinking we are having a GIRL
Labor pains: nope
Wedding ring on or off: on
Belly button in or out: in
Mood most of the time: Happy
Looking forward to: hearing the heartbeat.
